We work with meat and seafood suppliers with halal certification. We also purchase plant-based proteins that have the halal certification. We are trying to look for halal certified ingredients from suppliers that can accommodate the possibility of packing to individual packages as much as possible. For those that are not halal certified, we are using low to medium risk halal risk ingredients until we find one that has halal certification. To do this, we look through the ingredient list to exclude those that contains: Amphibians, Blood, Birds of Prey Carnivorous animals Dead meat / Carrion Intoxicants and Immolated foods Swine, etc. Note: We may indicate in the description that the nutrition kit is of a higher halal risk when we suspect that one of or many of the ingredient(s) may not be halal. We provide drive thru' service at Promenade@Pelikat. You can also arrange to pick up your order via third-party courier. Collections are to be done on Fridays 12pm to 6pm or Saturdays 10am to 12pm. Note: Orders can be placed any time before Monday, but the final deadline for ordering is always on Mondays, 6pm. We need at least 4-5 days to process your request. We do not accept cancellations before and after the delivery date. We will initiate the processing of the orders on the same day as when you ordered.

To ensure optimal freshness, we advise that you unpack your ingredients and store temperature-sensitive ingredients in your refrigerator as soon as possible. Note: Check the “use-by” dates on food packaging. Do not eat once this date has passed. Ensure that your fridge temperature is set between 2°C and 5°C. Kindly ensure that you utilize the ingredient sets you've purchased from us within the week.

We work with our suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and pack them into the required amounts for each recipe. All ingredients are packed at our suppliers' premises for maximum freshness, and we only pack the packaged items into Nutrition Kits. We try our best to look for food suppliers and partners who also ensure food safety in their processes and practices. In an event that food recalls are called for, here is the food recall plan that we have put in place. We will identify which batches of the food item are affected We will immediately remove all recalled food products from sale and notify you the consumer to discard them. We will email you to notify you of the recall. Please ensure that our email does not go to junk mail. We will also show in our website and social media platforms should there be any food recalls. We will accept returns of the recalled product and provide an exchange for the particular food item at our expense or provide discount coupons for future deliveries under your meal planning subscription or the purchase of Nutrition Kit, as applicable.

We suggest using the ingredients within a week especially perishables such as vegetables.

We would recommend that you check the items when receiving them. Otherwise, it will take a while for us to proceed with the exchange request. If you are dissatisfied with ingredient(s) ordered on our sites, please contact us immediately (24 hours from which the items were received). For spoilt or damaged items, please attach a photo for our review. Depending on the circumstances, we may in our sole discretion, provide an exchange for the particular food item at our expense or provide discount coupons for future purchases under your meal planning subscription or Group Buys, as applicable.

We are unable to do customisation for our recipes unless you are an athlete in the meal planning service. Kindly look through the ingredients list and select your group buys accordingly before making payment should you have any food restrictions/food allergies. Please be aware that certain ingredients are integral to the recipe, and we will be unable to remove them.
