Belinda Leow
Founder & Sports Nutritionist

Belinda is an entrepreneur and an accredited Nutritionist of Singapore (Accredited by SNDA). She worked in both the public (such as Singapore Sports School (SSP) and National Youth Sports Institute) and private nutrition-related sectors since 2012.
She has had a wide range of experiences working with clients who wish to achieve their goals such as weight management, sports performance and overall health and wellness.
She is always looking at possible means to help clients to identify the possible ways to achieve their goals and change the way they think about health and weight management. She focuses on helping clients achieve their goals by meeting them where they are and creating individualised and specific plans based on their needs.

Belinda is a committee member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetic Association (SNDA).

Chef Mazlan
Chef Mazlan is a seasoned Chef with years of experience working in the Culinary & Hospitality industry and has a passion to create healthy and nutritionally balanced meal recipes.

​20+ years in professional culinary arts, education, and international hospitality
His career highlights include serving the President of Singapore and foreign dignitaries, and leading culinary teams at the 2018 Winter Olympics, World Gourmet Summit, Singapore Grand Prix F1, and events for corporate and statutory boards worldwide

He is always looking for healthier ways to cook our favourite Asian dishes and has the interest to develop recipes that are suitable for the specific sport.
