What it means
According to your results, further evaluation has to be performed to know whether you have a possible risk of having sarcopenia. If you are able to, you can look for me on the 17th of May 2025.
What's the plan
In the meantime, please take note of what you can focus on:
activities that build strength (like bodyweight exercises at the gym or at home or incorporate activities into your lifestyle such as climbing the stairs, carrying groceries, etc.),
making sure that you have protein in each meal and snacks
spreading your protein-rich meals out (aiming for 3 to 5 hours between meals) while making sure you're eating enough energy overall.
Making sure that you either have meals before 4 hours before sleep with about 40g of protein or 3 meals + 1 protein snack
Making small changes like taking the stairs and swapping carb-rich snacks for protein-rich snacks could help minimise the risk of Sarcopenia!
Including calcium-rich foods into your diet every day!
