Service Description
Want to know how much fluids you should be drinking after training? Book the hydration testing today! You will receive a report on the measurements and the results of the test right after your training/race. Note: fluid intakes for your training/race may vary based on factors such as the temperature & humidity that you are training/racing in, the duration of the training, the type of training, etc. New tests would be needed for each situation.
Cancellation Policy
By joining this service, you agree to grant us permission to have access to your data (which includes, but not limited to, personal information, contact information, payment information) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. To cancel or reschedule, you have 72 hours to do so. The latest that you can book this service is 3 days. Nutrition kits may be available during these testings/sessions to test your gastrointestinal tolerance. You may experience gastrointestinal discomfort to fine-tune which foods/ beverages are suitable to you. By joining this service, you agree that Nutrition Plan X is not liable to any discomforts that are presented during and after the sessions.
