Service Description
To book a face-to-face consultation slot for your client/ patient. Details of the consultation will be sent to the client beforehand. Please fill in the correct details in the form.
Cancellation Policy
You can't cancel once you've booked. But you can reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment time. You are encouraged to book early. The cut off is 2 days before the appointment.
