Cortisol and Nutrition

Cortisol is our body's primary stress hormone. In short bursts, it's life saving but when it is chronically elevated it affects the body's functions especially our eyes.
Nutrition is one of the pieces of the puzzle in managing our cortisol levels. What we choose to do /what we choose to consume/ our current eating habits can either elevate the cortisol level even further or alleviate the possible conditions that elevated cortisol can cause.
