How to Read Labels: Hidden Fat in the Ingredients List
When Nutrition Information Panel is not available, the next best thing to do to know whether the product is high in fat, is to read the Ingredients List.
There are ingredients that contributes to the fat content. However, there are some ingredients that we didn't know contributes to the fat content.
